Our main purpose is to share and introduce to others this great and mostly unknown music. Here at WS on 78 we try not to post music that's available for purchase. So please don't request any CDs. And please support the Western Swing music labels by purchasing their CDs.
All downloads are free and compiled as ZIP or RAR files and need to extracted with Winzip, Winrar or any similar software.

Here's the second of two Bill Cason's Arkansas Troopers radio shows I promised to post. The first 10 seconds of the show is a little garbled, I believe the transcription was transferred from reel or cassette. Enjoy :-)

This is ultra-mellow; from some of the imbedded comments, it sounds like it was on very early in the morning. Sure beats today's manic DJ chatter!
